Customer Service Practitioner (Beverley)
Suitable for those wishing to act as first point of contact for delivery of high quality products and services for their company. Delivery may be at company premises, digitally or through visiting customers.

This is a Level 2 Apprenticeship

Entry requirements will be determined by the employer.
If not already achieved, the apprentice will have to achieve Level 1 English and Maths and take the test for Level 2 prior to taking their end-point assessment.
The delivery will be a mixture of work-based training and progress assessment mixed with taught sessions with a college representative throughout the programme at the employers premises to support the off the job training requirement and skills development.
