HABC Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering (ERC)

This course is aimed at learners who are working at a supervisory level within food catering manufacturing and retail environment. The course is quiet generic and covers all three areas within the food industry. Also very helpful for quality assurance staff or members of the HACCP team.

This qualification would also benefit new trainers, auditors, and other food safety professionals. A progression after this would be an excellent stepping stone onto level 4 Food Safety for Managers or for auditor’s Trainers on the shop floor.& Higher Management for Food Safety updates and law enforcers for Food Safety.
