HABC Level 3 Effective Auditing and Inspection Skills (ERC)

This Level 3 qualification is aimed at those who are involved in practical auditing or inspection of food premises. 

This includes Catering, Retail and Manufacturing especially within the technical department. This will help with any audits external and internal and a valuable tool  to help when for verifying HACCP.  VACCP and TACCP and ensuring compliance.

Entry Requirements

A Level Three qualification within the Food Safety business. A level 2 in Food Safety is a requirement to ensure the knowledge required to take the exam which is multi choice.
