Level 3 Award Parametric Modelling (3D) (CAD) (Beverley)
The courses are designed for anybody (from beginner to professional) with an interest in learning how to use and get the most out of the latest CAD design technology to produce and edit three dimensional models, assemblies and drawings using SOLIDWORKS.
You will learn how to produce 3D modelled parts, component assemblies, detailed drawings, and much more including rendered images, exploded views and applying material attributes to name a few. You will have access to our specialist CAD lab and the step by step handbook is yours to take away at the end of the course or to use in practice at home.
At Level Three you will already have a sound working knowledge of 3D CAD and Solid-Modelling or will have achieved at Level Two or equivalent
Most of the course content is delivered using tutorial handouts with tutor support as required, allowing learners to progress at their own pace.
This course would enable you to gain employment as a CAD Technician.
