TQUK Level 2 Certificate Living In A Fair And Diverse Society
This course will equip learners with a detailed understanding of what equality and diversity means and how to promote diverse and equal societies, as well as exploring the four British Values and positive equality movements.
This course is ideal for learners who wish to increase their awareness and understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion, including key legislation relating to this, such as the Equal Pay Act 1970 and the Equality Act 2010. Learners will also study positive equality events and movements, including gay pride, as well as learning about British Values and how they apply to people living in the UK.
Living in a Fair and Diverse Society is split into 4 manageable units:
Unit 1: Equality and Diversity
Unit 2: Promote Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
Unit 3: Positive Equality Movements
Unit 4: British Values
Minimum Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy
Distance Learning enables the learner to study remotely at a time and place that suits them.
