Success Coaches
Each university-level course is assigned a dedicated Success Coach. They are a non-teaching staff member with a degree who collaborates with students to address any concerns they may encounter throughout their studies. Here are some of the services they provide:
First point of contact for higher education learners
Student advocacy
Supporting students who have or may need mitigation
Pastoral support, online, telephone and in person
Guidance and support in regards to on-campus and outside agencies and services
If you have any questions, then please contact them.
Our team of Student Support Officers provide assistance to students receiving the Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA), either in-person or through remote channels. Students diagnosed with conditions like dyslexia and autism can access this support, which aims to enhance study skills such as effective proofreading and extracting pertinent information from academic texts.
