Archers restaurant – Bridlington

At our Bridlington campus is the Archers restaurant, a fully licensed eaterie with a 40-seater dining room. Like the Ellwell’s restaurant, it is run by our students.

Archers Opening Times

Alternate lunch/dinner on Thursdays.

Lunch 12pm -1pm (during term times)

Dinner from 6pm (during term times)

Customer parking is available with access via the St Alban Road entrance.

Thursday Seasonal Supper Evenings

Our Thursday seasonal suppers reflect our desire to create dishes with ingredients that are at their very best within the season. We aim to utilise the very best ingredients the region has to offer from Bridlington lobster and seafood, Yorkshire reared meat and poultry and locally sourced fruit and vegetables. With this ethos our students not only develop a respect for ingredients and suppliers but also the heritage of the area and a sense of place. Within Archers restaurant we aim to ‘celebrate our roots’.
