Whether you’re travelling locally or from further afield, getting to our Beverley, Bridlington and Hull campuses is straightforward, with access by bus, rail, car, walking or cycling.
We offer dedicated College bus services to our Beverley campus covering areas across East Hull, West Hull and surrounding towns and villages.
If you’re unsure about the best way to get in, just ask. We’ll help you find the route that works for you.
Yes. Depending on your circumstances, there are different ways we can help.
East Riding College offers a range of financial support to help with the cost of studying, including bursaries for 16–19 year olds, free college meals and support with travel, kit, equipment or childcare. Additional help is available for vulnerable students, as well as tailored funding for adults aged 19+ and those taking out Advanced Learner Loans.
There’s always support available at East Riding College if you need it, whether that’s with your course, your wellbeing or anything else going on in life.
You can access one-to-one support on things like study skills, course progression, finance, travel and childcare through our Student Support team, with help available on campus or through virtual appointments. Every full-time student also has a personal tutor who provides regular guidance and support throughout their course.
There’s also a dedicated counselling and wellbeing service available 24/7, offering free, confidential access to professional support, helplines and digital wellbeing tools whenever you need them.
We know everyone’s different and whatever support looks like for you, we’ll make sure you can get to where you need to be.
East Riding College has campuses in Beverley, Bridlington and Hull, each offering industry-standard spaces designed for hands-on learning. Facilities vary by campus, with students training in real working environments, from specialist workshops and modern classrooms to commercial hair and beauty salons and professional hospitality spaces, including student-run restaurants.
Some campuses also offer social areas and places to eat, giving students space to relax, reset and make the most of their day alongside their studies.
Many students progress into work, an apprenticeship or further training, while others continue on to degree-level study through East Riding College or at University Centre Grimsby, where a wider range of options is available.
Whatever your next step looks like, our careers and guidance teams are here to help you plan it. You’ll have access to one-to-one careers advice, support with applications and workshops throughout the year, so you can make confident decisions about what comes next. You won’t be figuring it out on your own.
