Summary

HR Assistant will provide essential support to the HR team, ensuring the smooth running of HR processes. This is a fast-paced role requiring attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently. What you’ll do at work

While the role is primarily office-based, there may be a requirement to visit sites in and around Cottingham and South Cave.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.

  • Service Delivery: Delivers excellent customer service on a range of HR queries and requirements, providing solutions, advice and support primarily to managers.
