How will I learn?
Our short courses are non-accredited and delivered in person at our East Riding College, Bridlington campus.
Each course will be a two-hour hands-on practical course, where learners will produce their own dishes under the guidance of an experienced tutor.

Where will it lead me?
Once you have completed your course, you will receive a certificate of completion. You will also have the option of enrolling on to another course if you wish to continue learning new skills.
Entry Requirements
There are no entry requirements for these courses and they are suitable for learners of all abilities. Applicants must be aged 19 or over on 31 August 2026 to apply/enrol on the course.

Time
All adult courses take place on one evening only and last two hours, running from 6–8pm.
