They may handle orders, payments, advice, sales, problem-solving, aftercare, complaints and customer feedback.The main purpose of a Customer Service Specialist is to provide professional and effective support to customers across a range of sectors and organisations.HR Professionals in this role typically work within medium to large organisations as part of an HR team, providing day-to-day support and advice to managers and employees.People Professionals work across organisations of all sizes and sectors, with broader responsibilities often found in smaller organisations.
