Welcome to our Construction Apprenticeship Program, at our Beverley and Bridlington locations, we provide apprenticeship opportunities in a variety of construction trades, including Carpentry and Joinery, Bricklaying and Installation and Maintenance Electrician.
Under the guidance of experienced mentors and industry professionals, apprentices in our program gain hands on experience, technical knowledge, and practical skills essential for success in their chosen field. Apprenticeships
Bricklayers work in new-build and refurbishment construction, from small repairs to large commercial projects. They may work for small businesses or major contractors and can specialise in areas such as new builds or restoration.Carpenters and joiners work in new-build and refurbishment construction, creating and installing wooden building components. They cut, shape and install materials such as doors, stairs, windows, partitions, floors, roofs and other timber structures, while working safely and to required standards.Construction Contracting Operations Technicians support construction projects across estimating, planning, buying, site operations, quantity surveying and design. They work in offices and on construction sites across residential, commercial, industrial, refurbishment and public-sector projects.Advanced carpenters and joiners work in new-build, refurbishment and heritage construction, creating complex and bespoke timber components. There are two main roles: Advanced Site Carpenter, who builds complex structures and roofs on construction sites, and Advanced Architectural Joiner, who manufactures, refurbishes and repairs detailed timber products in workshops.Fitted Interiors Installers prepare, assemble and install fitted furniture such as kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms and offices in domestic and commercial settings. They interpret plans, survey locations, modify designs where required, prepare work areas and ensure furniture is installed safely and to specification.Electricians install, maintain, test, commission and repair electrical systems in industrial, commercial and residential settings. They work with equipment such as switchboards, motors, cables, lighting, heating, air conditioning, safety systems and renewable technologies.Property maintenance operatives keep buildings safe, functional and in good repair across housing, healthcare, education, commercial and other sectors.The SHE Technician will work across organisations of varying sizes and industries, either at a single location or across multiple contracts.News
