Our courses cater to a variety of pathways within the hospitality and catering sectors with expert guidance from industry professionals, immersive practical training, and a supportive learning environment, we empower you to thrive in your chosen career.

Apprenticeships

Chef de Parties work across hospitality and care settings, including restaurants, hotels, hospitals and care homes. They oversee a specific kitchen section, such as pastry, larder, butchery, fish, sauces or vegetables, preparing, cooking and finishing complex dishes to a high standard.
Commis Chefs work across the hospitality industry in luxury, fine dining and gastro venues, including restaurants, hotels, pubs and event venues.
Food and Beverage Team Members work across the hospitality industry in venues such as restaurants, cafés, bars, pubs, coffee shops and other licensed premises, for employers of all sizes.
Hospitality supervisors work across a wide variety of businesses including bars, restaurants, cafés, conference centres, banqueting venues, hotels or contract caterers. They provide vital support to management teams and are capable of independently supervising hospitality services and running shifts.
Production Chefs work in a wide range of settings, including restaurants, pubs, schools, hospitals, care homes, workplace canteens and maritime catering.
Senior production chefs may lead a brigade team or may support the head chef in larger establishments.
